I work at Castle Craig because

The atmosphere among colleagues is good. There is also room for your own ideas, freedom in how you organize your treatments. This really improves the quality. No day is the same, but that's fun. Furthermore, the lines are short, you get a lot of trust and responsibility.

In the morning I get out of bed for

The conversations with patients. Sometimes that goes with a smile, sometimes with a tear, but it is very satisfying. When we talk to them, our patients' lives are not as they hoped. We can make a difference in that every day.

Our advice to new colleagues

You have to be willing to work hard. Versatility, creativity and perseverance are qualities you need to make the work your own. It's busy, but a lot of fun and challenging. And you can always contact colleagues for questions, support or to have a laugh.
