Your GP registers you with us via Healthcare domain.
Schedule intake
We will contact you to schedule the intake. We also confirm this by email.
Online access
You will have access to your personal healthcare portal.
Intake
During the intake we will discuss together which treatment is suitable for you. We record this in your treatment plan. We then make an appointment for the start of your treatment.
