Why do you work at Castle Craig?
The atmosphere among colleagues is good. There is also room for your own ideas, freedom in how you organize your treatments. This really benefits the quality. No two days are the same, but that is fun. Furthermore, the lines are short, you get a lot of confidence and responsibility.
What do you get out of bed for in the morning?
The conversations with patients. Sometimes that goes with a smile, sometimes with a tear, but it is very satisfying. When we talk to them, our patients' lives are not as they hoped. We can make a difference in that every day.
What is your advice to a new colleague?
You have to be willing to work hard. Versatility, creativity and perseverance are qualities you need to make the work your own. It's busy, but a lot of fun and challenging. And you can always contact colleagues for questions, support or to have a laugh.
